METALON PULSER OIL
METALON PULSER OIL has been specifically formulated to address the many obstacles confronting MWD PULSER operations. The pulser is subjected to tremendous pressure and friction, causing very high operating temperatures. These extreme conditions, often at depths exceeding 5000 feet, adversely affect the life of the pulser, whether it be a solenoid or linear drive motor. As a result, increased downtime and maintenance costs are incurred.

METALON PULSER OIL, is formulated with METALON C2 and a high quality Synthetic Oil. This unique, proprietary blend provides many benefits. The METALON in METALON C2 creates a monomolecular, friction and heat reducing, wear-resistant shield that instantly bonds chemically with all ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces, that will not drain off. This applies to all the metal components of the pulser’s electro-mechanical assembly increasing its efficiency. The inherent quality of heat reduction of METALON, helps to preserve the integrity of the quality Synthetic Oil in this unique, cost-effective blend.
